Thriving in the Transition:

What to expect before menopause begins

A Facebook Live event with Dr. Monica Minjeur
Tuesday, September 9, at 8 p.m. CDT

Prior to menopause, there’s a transitional period called perimenopause, and it can begin as early as age 35 and last for years. As your levels of estrogen decrease, you may begin to notice menopause-like symptoms, like irregular periods or hot flashes.

If you are in your mid 30s to late 40s and having symptoms that you suspect are related to perimenopause, or if you simply want to be prepared when the time comes, this event is for you!

At Thriving in the Transition, Dr. Monica Minjeur will discuss your most pressing questions, including:

  • How do I know if I’m in perimenopause?

  • What symptoms might I notice?

  • What variations will I see in my cycle charting?

  • Can I still get pregnant?

  • What’s happening with my hormones?

  • Will I need Hormone Replacement Therapy during perimenopause?

PLUS, you’ll learn management strategies to help you feel your best, including lifestyle modifications, dietary considerations, sleep hygiene, exercise recommendations and more.

Dr. Minjeur will open the conversation up for live Q&A, so you can get your questions answered by a board-certified physician who is an expert in women’s health and fertility.

You will also learn more about the services offered by Dr. Minjeur and her team at Radiant Clinic.
