It’s simple. Purchase a package based on your situation: fertility, medical visits, pregnancy, miscarriage care, menopause care, charting instruction, or coaching. Your package includes all listed services over the specified amount of time. After you purchase a package, we’ll contact you to schedule your first appointment. Add-on services may be recommended at any point in your treatment protocol.

Fertility Care

Begin with Fertility Step 1 if you’re trying to conceive. Includes everything you need to enhance & optimize your natural fertility, including hormone monitoring throughout your pregnancy.
(If you’re experiencing recurrent miscarriages, see Miscarriage Package below)

  • This package includes an initial consultation with lab work you’ve had done prior to our visit, to get a clearer picture of your overall fertility and health. It is the entry point into fertility care at Radiant Clinic, and it will help you better understand our model. You can then choose to continue your care with Step 2.

    The Step 1 Fertility Package includes the following:

    • Two-hour consultation with Dr. Minjeur

    • Review of new lab work ordered by Dr. Minjeur and any outside records, labs or diagnostics that have already been done

    Pricing
    One-time payment of $1000. After this initial visit, you will choose to continue care with Step 2 below.

  • Our comprehensive fertility offering. Includes all of the following:

    • 60 minute intake & initial visit with Dr. Minjeur

    • All necessary follow-up visits (30-60 min) with Dr. Minjeur, typically 4-5 per year

    • Full Pregnancy & Hormone monitoring package, valued at $1700 (details below)

    • Monthly lab monitoring and treatment adjustments

    • Consultations with dietitian or health coach (mutual decision after lab results review)

    • Male Factor evaluation (minus cost of lab tests)

    • Paid annual subscription to Chart Neo App for fertility monitoring

    • Access to discounts on any recommended supplements through Fullscript

    • Email & text access to Dr. Minjeur & team between visits

    Does not include:

    • Supplements or medications

    • Lab tests and ultrasounds* (does include consultation and ordering of tests)

    18 months, or up to 24 months if agreed upon by Dr. Minjeur

    One-time payment of $6000 OR $1200 per month for 6 months. No partial refunds or early cancellation.

Medical Visits and Charting

  • Choose this package if you’re having any medical concerns, such as painful periods, irregular cycles, or PCOS. This package is only for those who are not trying to conceive.

    • Regular Appointments (typically one every 2-3 months) with Dr. Minjeur

    • Email & Text Support between appointments

    First Month: $500
    Ongoing Monthly Cost: $250*

    Does not include:

    • Ovulation medications

    • Male factor testing

    • Follicle ultrasound tracking

    • Health coach or dietician

    • Pregnancy package

    (All of the above ARE included in our fertility package. Make sure to select the fertility package if you’re trying to conceive.)

    *If you are not already charting with Creighton, FEMM, ChartNeo, Sympto-thermal or Marquette method, you must also purchase Charting instruction.

  • Choose this package if you want fertility awareness instruction only. If you need to add on Charting Instruction to a Medical Visits package, we can combine for simplifed monthly billing.

    • 7-9 sessions with charting instructors over 12 months

    • All supplies included

    • Available methods taught: Chart Neo, Creighton or FEMM

Pregnancy & Hormone Monitoring

Choose this option if you are already pregnant and need monitoring for progesterone & other hormones during pregnancy.

  • Includes all of the following:

    • Two 60-minute appointments with Dr. Minjeur (in-person or virtual)

    • One 60-minute postpartum appointment with Dr. Minjeur (as needed)

    • Early OB ultrasound at Radiant Clinic or review from outside location*

    • Cost of hormone labs through LabCorp - every 1-3 weeks*

    • Lab monitoring and treatment adjustments

    • Access to discounts on any recommended supplements through Fullscript

    • Email & text access to Dr. Minjeur & team between visits

    Does not include:

    • Supplements or medications

    • Additional labs outside of baseline and standard monitoring

    Entire pregnancy plus postpartum depression or anxiety consult as needed

    Pricing Options
    $100 at start of lab evaluation, then

    One-time payment of $1600 (due at 1st visit)

    3 payments of $550 each (due at 1st visit, then every 3 months)

    *If you are unable to utilize LabCorp for labs or Radiant Clinic for ultrasound services, you may use a local lab or imaging center of your choice, but will be responsible for payment to that facility. Payment for that portion of your package will be applied towards outside facility coordination and review of results and imaging.

Miscarriage Care

Choose this option if you have had one or more miscarriages in the past 12 months.

  • Includes all of the following:

    • Initial 60-minute intake appointment with Dr. Minjeur to review health history

    • Second 60-minute appointment with Dr. Minjeur to review labs and create treatment plan/prescribe medications

    • Ongoing follow-up appointments every two to three months

    • Endometritis (uterine infection) testing and kit

    • Male factor: includes seminal fluid analysis, labs and microbiome evaluation as indicated

    • Lab monitoring and treatment adjustments between visits

    • Email & text access to Dr. Minjeur & team between visits

    Does not include:

    • Supplements or medications

    • Lab tests* (except for endometritis testing)

    • Pregnancy Package

    • Health Coaching or Dietician

    One-time payment of $1500 (due at 1st visit), then $250/month thereafter

Menopause Care

Radiant Clinic is now offering menopause care! If you’re in menopause (no period for at least one year) and experiencing symptoms that interfere with your life, we can help you balance your hormones and feel like yourself again.

  • Includes all of the following:

    • Three visits over the course of 6 months: Initial 60-minute intake appointment to review health history, order diagnostics, and start appropriate treatment depending upon your situation

    • Second 60-minute appointment to review labs and create treatment plan/prescribe medications

    • Third 60-minute follow-up visit

    • Lab monitoring and treatment adjustments between visits

    • Email & text access to medical team between visits

    Pricing Options
    One-time payment of $2000 (due at 1st visit)

    $550 a month for four months

    Annual follow-up visit for ongoing medication management: $500

Hormone Coaching - $600

Work with a certified hormone coach to address the root causes of hormone imbalances. Please note that hormone coaching is educational for learning about hormones and lifestyle adjustments, and does not include medical appointments or lab testing. Learn more about hormone coaching.

Health Coaching - $800

Work with a certified health coach for your overall health and nutritional goals.

IUD Removal - $250

  • Single 30 minute appointment for Removal with Dr. Minjeur

  • Will also discuss next steps for fertility awareness/family planning

Individual Charting Instruction - $100

  • One hour session

Individual Visit with Dr. Minjeur - $500

  • One hour session

Individual Postpartum Depression Consultation - $250

  • Note — a postpartum visit is included in Fertility and Pregnancy packages, as listed above

Ultrasound Scan for Follicle Tracking or Early Pregnancy - $250
