You will receive a text message and email with additional details about your upcoming appointment or call.

• Please make sure to watch for an email from hello@radiantclinic.com about 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit.

• Sometimes we end up in your Junk or Spam folder, so make sure to check there!

• In some cases, we may request that you send us additional information prior to your visit, so watch your notifications for those requests.

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF OUR SCHEDULED TIME:

• Make sure to set aside time without distractions and set a reminder for our visit time, so that you can be fully present.

• Please review our FAQ page, as many general questions about our practice policies are answered there. If you have questions not addressed in the FAQ, write those down so we can address them during our time together.

• Working with our team is an investment, both financially as well as of your time. If you need to speak with your spouse/partner/parent to make this commitment, I completely understand. I recommend having anyone necessary join you on the call so they can understand why this is important and how we are different from any healthcare you have received previously.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please let us know ASAP by either calling the office or sending an email to us at hello@radiantclinic.com.
